Customer Testimonials
Heard ads on the radio and also word of mouth, needed 4X8 sheets of diamond plate, had exactly what I needed in stock and when I was picking them up the edges had a little damage on them, no questions asked they grabbed other ones and loaded them up for me. Employees were a delight to deal with.
The convenience to my location, the quick turn around time after placing an order, are the two factors which I really like.
Metal Supermarkets is a great partner of ours. Most of the time we need steel substrates quickly. They are always quick to respond and 99% of the time we have our orders by the next business day.
I'm a hobby welder, my second visit here, and was looking for a length of 3/4 flat stock and to browse through the cut-offs. Both times I was greeted as I walked in and Aydan helped me feel appreciated and welcomed.
Both times have been a good experience and look forward to my next visit.
You actually have products in stock and if not are willing to go and source them out in a timely manner.
Top shelf. Fack kawartha metals.
Large selection, friendly service.
Had the exact product available and was able to be picked up the next day. The Painted .032 aluminum sheet was better than other suppliers’ because it was painted on both sides. Friendly accommodation staff was terrific.
Great, friendly Customer Service! The order was filled in just a couple of hours.
Quick service at affordable prices
Close to my home easy travel to pickup
On time, friendly service and got exactly what I needed.
Everything, from customer care, customer service through to delivery was absolute...
The ease of search online and the wide product range. The office staff I spoke with are accommodating and helpful. The process I went through was fast and easy.
Really helpful folks. Down to earth and willing to help problem solve my metal needs. Look forward to a long lasting consumer relationship.
Easy to use. Great selection. Great guys at the counter.
I had an immediate issue that no other supplier in the area could solve. Y'all had a solution for me in 5 minutes, and ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Phenomenal job.
Prompt quotes, and goo pricing.
Great service. Very personable and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround time as well. A customer literally could not ask for more from a supplier. I'm mad at myself for not finding this place sooner and will never go anywhere else for my metal needs.

Excellent service! Sue Moreton made sure I got the best pricing for shipping and followed up instantly. Thank you.
As a novice metal buyer, the staff was very great in taking my order and helping make sure that I knew what I was ordering. Their service was fast and accurate as well.
Always a great experience. Team is knowledgeable and courteous. They usually have what we need in stock. Non-stock items are delivered fast and on time. This is where we buy our metal for our projects.
