I place orders for our business - I can't comment on the products, but whenever I contact Metal Supermarkets for quotes, I receive the quote within 24 hours, usually much quicker, or I am kept informed if there will be a delay.
When I place an order, delivery is always prompt, or again I'm advised if there will be a delay.
