Pam is the best (Kent/Seattle location), very responsive, and good to work with. I started using MSM online and found orders were slow and would get lost. I talked to Pam, and she said to call and order directly, a better, faster product, and possibly cheaper because pricing online is an average of all stores.

I liked that i didn't need to buy in bulk. I needed a pole for my closet cause the wooden one i had got from Lowe's had broke. Issac helped me out. The solid pole i wanted, he told me probably would be too heavy, and it was. It would brought the house down 🤣🤣. Issac got me the pole I needed, diameter and length. Easy website to navigate and place an order. Prices for the metal was reasonable considered to others seen in the market. At the facility, I was quickly processed and they helped with the loading on to my truck. For a DIY person will definately use again in the future for my metal needs. Only downside is it was a 160 mile roundtrip drive to get to the closet store, but I go to that town often, so not that big of an issue.
I like the fact that I can order pieces cut, and they are pretty precisely cut. You have a wide selection of metal and filled my order out quite promptly
