The fact that you do small orders! I live on an acreage, and sometimes need to repair or replace something that is metal. Most welding shops in the area work for larger projects and cannot be bothered with my small order.
The team is helpful for do it yourselfers. Not an arrogant environment. I can ask whatever question I want and the team there is happy to expand and provide ideas & insight.
They have a speciality product that box stores don't carry. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and even provided my son and I a "tour" of the back area. Just yesterday I brought an idea to them to construct a speciality part for me. They should be emailing me a paper template for approval soon!
