Great customer service from Jacob in general.
My two pieces of feedback would be on:
1. Not hearing back on where we were in the process of the drawings I submitted. Required me to call and prompt after a lag in comms of 5 days.
2. Did not hear back when the products were available at the Richmond location. I had discussed with Jacob that I would either pick up or have this order delivered dependent upon when the materials arrived. I did not hear back and called to find they had been delivered. I understand that Jacob was away at this time so orders can fall between the cracks like this one did. I feel that Metal Supermarket could benefit from having some more structure in place to organize hand-off when an employee goes on vacation

Got the metals I need and provide excellent service. If it's not on site (rare), they try and find it for me. The cut pile is nice too. I usually pick a few things there while they get my order together. (always looking for spacers)

When we ask for a quote, or place and order it is always speedy, correct and delivered on time. FIRST CLASS OPERATION. In the past i ordered from multiple suppliers, but now i reach out to Metal Supermarkets first. Why because they get it done and done right!!!
