AOA classes with Linda are so beneficial for flexibility, endurance as well as socially. the walking track and bikes are a plus for exercise. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. pastor Jim provides spiritual support to the Y community as requested. The art programs are great and a joy to view of the many talented participants. Y definitely provides mind, body and spiritual growth to members.

I love the freedom to get a workout that fits my crazy schedule. Plus the fact that there is always someone there to help you with questions on how to utilize the machines. The staff is absolutely the best!

I like that you have everything you need to workout by yourself or with your family including the basketball courts and inside track. I love going to a gym that has a working hot tub. Thats my favorite feature. You have a pullover machine that was broke when I went to use it and was very happy it was fixed when I came back a few days later to use it again. Very happy with the YMCA
