There is a good selection of programs, I like the cleanliness, I have not run across a staff member yet that wasn’t polite and welcoming, and I get an overall good feeling every time I go there.

My husband was part of the Parkinson's program and that was the best therapy for him. It wasn't just the exercises but the social experience and the caring instructors.

I like the variety of classes and times available. Personnel is great and very helpful
Enjoy the silver sneaker class and the friendly atmosphere in the gym. The equipment is clean and also the bathroom.
The variety
I like the variety of weight equipment and the availability of cardio equipment. I do think that another piece of cable equipment would be nice, as I have had to modify my workout frequently because it is in use.
There are plenty of machines to use and they are well-maintained. Staff is handy if you do need assistance.
I believe it is helpful for my health.

I love the exercise equipment and the availability of them. The variety is great. The people working there seem to enjoy their job which makes it a happy place to be.
Friendly staff,clean facility,plenty of parking.
Always room on equipment upstairs,unlike the commercial sites.
Do wish planners would have included an indoor pool for general use.The lap pools are great but some would just like to splash around in the water.......water polo would have been awesome!
