Welcoming staff, beautiful space/studio with no carpet! Clean and well appointed bathrooms and locker room. The free mat and towels for a first timer were a treat and Stacey was a fantastic teacher.

Efficient, consistent, clean. I like that it doesn't feel like a competition. The studio feels like a place where individuals with a common interest and varying goals and ability convene without judgment.

What do you like about our services?

The studio is beautiful and the teachers and staff are always friendly. I don't usually enjoy exercising but Bikram yoga is exercise I actually like. I'm always excited to come to class and try my hardest because of the yoga and the studio's welcoming environment.
