I like the friendly staff.

Bikram Yoga is a practice that I have embraced. It was not "love at first sight" I must admit. As I grew into the practice, I have come to appreciate how the postures has healed my body especially from my running injuries.

The staff is very personable and friendly when greeted by name. Instructors are knowledgeable and actually are willing to give pointers after class to better improve asanas.

4. Friendly Staff and Knowledgeable teachers (of the new teacher Katiya is very good)

As an out of state visitor it is such a pleasure to meet very friendly and informative Bikram staff members. Also your newly renovated facility, compared to my last visit over 1 year ago, is wonderful. You also offer a very accommodating schedule of classes.

What do you like about our services?

What it did for me in physically & mantally, in self wellness with such great felling that you get everytime after each workout witch is amazing!! You just have to try and experience for your self!!! Ps. Everyone is sweet & the classes are great!!

I have enjoyed the options for different types of classes and durations. I wish there were a few more class options for either afternoon or later evening like a few years ago.
