It really helps the entire body, physically and mentally. I've always done some kind of exercise, and doing the postures in combination with a heated room is, without a doubt, the most beneficial form I've ever used. No more sciatica, no more painful knees, lower cholesterol....yay!

The staff was very friendly and personable. Was helpful when I wasn't sure what I was doing and I did not feel like I was being judged. Also liked that the instructor remembered everyones name.
Even though the work out is often difficult for me, I find the benefits are superior. Yoga helps me to strenghten my inner core - balance. I love it.
I like the classes when the guide is checking on postures so we can improve the benefits and not injure ourselves.
Floors in the locker rooms should be kept cleaner
