People are typically interested in two things I think when joining a new gym: programming and pricing. This information isn't readily available from your website.

Each personal trainer cares about their clients progress and goals.
All the team who work in Dundrum are highly motivated and really encourage you to work hard and do your best! I think the regular check ups are a great way to keep you focussed on your goals and to keep you motivated! When you see the results of the hard work it's easier to keep it up and keep striving for better. I have been training with James for over a year and half now and I am definitely in the best shape of my life. He always keeps pushing me and even though sometimes in the early mornings I don't feel like it I really appreciate it and all the results I have seen. I think all the girls and guys who work there are really friendly and help drive you on to achieve your goals in a positive and fun way!

Personalisation and supervision of training programmes
The mens changing room facilities could be improved. Some way of stopping water spilling out from showers. Some form of air vent would also be good.
Perhaps some more focus on stretching.

You need to pay your staff more! You have a really good manager and great new trainers in the Blackrock Gym but I hear you are losing yet another manager in the coming weeks. Since Mark started, the gym is busier than ever and the staff retention has improved tremendously but there seems to be no recognition of that? The thing that sets Educogym apart is the one on one relationship with the trainers, all the trainers say it's a good/fun place to work so it must be salary related that they keep leaving. After 18 months of a constant stream of trainers coming and going, you now have a great team there so look after them and don't let them leave!
