I love the special mirrors that make you look 20 years younger and totally ripped. I tried to get them at my house but can't find them anywhere. And the instructors are so motivating - you can choose whether you want the gentle chanting motivation or they have an electric cattle prod that they can use if your form is not correct. This place is the best!
Always an excellent, varied & challenging workout. RTR has the BEST customer service; the entire staff (administrative included) is always gracious and willing to work with the client in any situation. Best quality and value for Pilates Reformer classes in the DMV area. Almost always open!

RTR Pilates remains the best choice in the area for Pilates. The facilities are great, the teachers are wonderful, reserving a spot is simple, and the classes are challenging.
My first class was pleasant due to the personal care the instructor put into making me feel comfortable and familiar with the equipment and expectation throughout the session.

there are a lot of classes to choose from and from the most part the teachers are great.
Two things I like better about Right Balance where I also have a membership in Rehoboth
1 - they don't throw people with no experience into level 1 classes. they have separate classes dedicated for this. I've been finding this to be more and more distracting at RTR. There are almost constantly people taking up a huge amount of the attention of the instructor, and throwing off the tempo of the class.
2 - I like the soft straps at Right Balance. I know you have sanitary reasons, but unless I'd love to have the option. Maybe I could look into buying my own and bring them to swap out before class starts.
Excellent teachers, well-run company. Lots of times to choose from.
