The teachers are very good. Potomac Pilates offers an huge number of classes at a wide range of levels. They continue to incorporate safety precautions, including fans and airing out the studio between classes. Tom B. is the best!!

Lorena is a one-of-a-kind instructor. She is attentive, encouraging, and does a wonderful job pushing her clients past the finish line.
The added bonus is her fluent Spanish, always a plus in our community!

Instructor was very patient and considerate as I am a beginner who needed much attention. Studio is very well maintained and incredibly convenient.

I love RTR Pilates. I’ve been taking a lot of Brittany’s classes. She’s excellent at explaining details about how to use your body. Her classes move fast and are never repetitive. I feel small muscles I never knew I had! I rave about RTR Pilates to everyone!
The classes are really well run and I feel every class for days! :)
Every instructor at RTR is great. Classes are geared toward different levels of ability. I always leave class feeling better than when I entered.
