I have only attended 2 classes at the Chevy Chase location and I am hooked. The instructors that I have had thus far are great. They explain things well and are patient. And most importantly, they are committed to providing a safe and sanitary environment. I really appreciate the fact that the classes are small and everyone must show proof of vaccination. I am definitely glad that I am trying the introductory offer.

Convenient location, small classes, everyone has to be vaccinated. I have wanted to get back into Pilates but the pandemic had delayed this. When I looked into RTR last week and saw the vaccination requirement I signed up.
I enjoyed my first class and look forward to going again.

It was my very first pilates class and I liked that I was able to do most of the workout. The instructor was easy to follow. I left feeling stretched and relaxed.

Wish there could be a better way for beginner like me to have some sort of pre orientation before I am in group...
Instructors are great and lots of class options.
One negative, and I have told the office about this, at the Potomac studio the staircase is filthy and the fans in the staircase are filthy as well- blowing dirt in our faces as we climb the steps. For all the cleanliness required inside the studio, this is a complete opposite experience that you encounter upon arriving.
RTR Pilates has done a commendable job adjusting throughout the pandemic. What has changed: appropriately distanced reformers, mask policies, and now a perfectly appropriate vaccination requirement. What has not changed: wonderful teachers, great facilities, and challenging classes. Thank you!

How accommodating the instructors are to various levels of fitness. They are realistic about how long it can take for someone (especially an older someone) to recover from an injury or surgery.
Friendly, helpful instructors and a good variety of classes.
