Having done Pilates regularly for 20 years, I consider myself an advanced student. I took a level 1 class yesterday at Chevy Chase because the time was convenient thinking, "oh, this'll be easy, I may have to get an additional workout in" but I was so wrong. The instructor was incredibly thorough and so excellent with her words that a level 1 class left me 'shaking' in a good way and completely worked every muscle group. She challenged my ability at the same time she nurtured classmates newer to the reformer. RTR Instructors never disappoint and their training and ability to read a class and communicate clearly is evident in the results. Thank you!

Love the small classes. The instructors are friendly and attentive to the students. The classes are challenging and appropriate for the different skill levels. Modifications are offered. I love that the instructors call us by name. I never feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when the instructors offer helpful corrections and feedback.

I take classes from Eden and Jordan, love them both. It was great to have a session with Alex recently, when she was back from Costa Rica.
I did one class with Christianne not too long ago, I felt that her session was uneven in terms of difficulty, some exercises far too easy and others too difficult. I'm in decent shape all-round, so it wasn't that.

I like reformers pilates in general. I think your trainers do a good job in combining stretching and muscle building. I like some teachers more than others of course and try and book with them.
The instructors are great. The time is dependable and you can always find a class that has an opening if your schedule is flexible.
