Great workout
"Routines" never become routine. There is always variety, both in the workouts and in the instructors. I also appreciate the ease & flexibility of the scheduling as well as the different locations, which because of where I live I can take advantage of; there is always a class to fit my schedule. The quality/cleanliness of the studios and the knowledge & energy of the instructors keeps me coming back. I also appreciate the personalized approach of Reina (the Owner) and her team, who always try to accommodate. I think RTR's values and business practices fit in with "best"!
Instructors and exercise routines
Very good instructors, like the facilities i use the Chevy location and I go about 2-3 times/week. I simply think keep on keepin' on b/c what you're doing is really solid.
The studio is so clean and the instructors are great.
Class was great for spine injury patient. Good workout but not too twisty or unsupported. I liked that she was correcting people's movements- I wish there was even more of that.

Routines are never "routine". Instructors work to vary the sessions and tailor to the needs of clients. I am always challenged but never made to feel as if I can't have a complete workout

Full body workout. Fun equipment. Combines some yoga practices with the routine. Can be as challenging as you want. The time goes by quickly too, and uses all key muscle groups.
