I like that there is a schedule that fits my crazy lifestyle. It allows me to practice when I know I can devote 110% of my mind and body to the workout. I also like that the instructors are all so positive and genuinely love what they are doing. As a newbie I have never felt like anyone was judging my horrible attempts at some poses and that they genuinely all want me to get better and improve which is a beautiful thing.
