Friendly staff, a lot of class availability
My initial attraction was to see if your program could help alleviate the constant knee pain and stiffness that developed after my dual MCL repairs performed two years ago. Although the repairs were successful, athritis flew into my knees and whatever flexibilty that I had before the surgury was gone afterwards. Althought the process for me is slow, Bikram yoga is helping to increase my flexibility and often times holds off the knee pain for 24 hours. I find the majority of people working out there to be very nice, the instructors are excellent and I like the fact that they urge the participants to be more focused and dedicated to their work-outs.

I Love everyone who works there and the people I work out with :). I always feel awesome after class!! Please bring back the 5pm or a 5:30 pm class, It is hard to get to the 4:30 and 6:30 it's a little too late..

The team at Bikram Yoga Dallas, West Village and Lakewood, always makes you feel like part of the family. They are especially good at identifying where you are in your practice in short order to customize your 90 minutes within a diverse group enviroment.
