The yoga practice is one of the best workouts available, but the studio and instructors are the real draw. The instructors are friendly on arrival, knowledgable about this practice, and never fail to teach a great class. The studio is clean and welcoming.

The Staff and instructors are very personable as well as inviting. They explained the class process well for my first time and were very helpful throughout the class recognizing when certain poses needed modification or correction.

I love the manner in which the classes are taught. I like the discipline each class bring and I love the way I feel after completing a class. There are certain yoga instructors who feed the soul (Julie) before during and after the class.
