CFF has everything anyone could want for a workout/exercise.

The staff. Friendly and professional. The big guy that cleans the restrooms is very attentive and good at his job. The equipment is usually in good order and the whole facility is well kept. Only complaint are the lockers. Sometimes they don't open when they’re supposed to.

I appreciate that it’s a casual and laid back environment. People are focused on staying fit and not being pretentious. The classes I attend have small loyal groups that are friendly and enjoy socializing too.

I would like it to be clean like it was before Covid. It has really gone down hill since we went back inside from the tent. Dirty, equipment not working. Now the TV's are out. I know you may be having a problem getting employees but why do you have three people at the counter standing around. It's not nearly as busy as it was. I would think you could have these people sharing some other duties to help the gym out.

The staff is very friendly, the equipment and facility is always clean. Cameron does a great job and is always motivating and has a great attitude. I feel like I'm working out with friends instead of strangers. It makes me want to keep coming back.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The gym doesn’t get very busy and crowded.
The other members are also nice. We usually just use their pool in the summer. Always plenty of room to swim or just to relax in the hot tub.

I like the options of classes. As more clients come back I’d like to see more offerings for cycle and yoga. Pretty limited right now.

Morning spin class

I like the yoga classes but am surprised no one wears a mask in the class but me. I am vaccinated and want to protect others and myself.
