Location and friendly staff

It’s a nice clean gym. Good selection of various classes.

Several equipment specially on the 2nd floor has not been in order for a while. Management seems to know about it. The good thing is someone is always cleaning rhe place

I have put in requests for 2 small equipment changes that other locations have that are helpful:
1. A couple of larger exercise balls. Some of my prescribed PT exercises are harder to do on the smaller black exercise balls.

2. The non-foam rollers-the ones that are like PVC pipe covered in the black or orange. They work better and do not loose effectiveness like the foam rollers.

It is always neat and very clean. There are plenty of machines and a good selection of classes. The front desk people are always very helpful.

Clean

The staff is professional, friendly, welcoming, and does a great job. Gabe, who sweeps and mops on a daily basis is awesome! The group fitness room is always clean and welcoming. You could use some new rugs by the doors since the current ones are fraying and someone is going to trip on them (and then lawyers will get involved!) I have been to classes in at least 5 different Cal Fit clubs and the Sunrise club is the cleanest! That is important!
The front desk staff always has a smile and a "welcome" when I come into the club.
I'm always happy to come to the Sunrise club to work out!

The main reason I go to this location is that they have a heavy bag. With my work schedule I don't have a lot of free time so to get I and get a few rounds in is awesome

Sauna

Easy going atmosphere for someone who isnt a serious weight lifter!

Classes offered, time classes offered and reliable great instructors.

Clean and friendly. Like that it’s kept cold in the building.

The energy in the fitness classes. (Barre Fusion with Laura Platt and GST Class with Cheri Mood. Manager Genevieve is always helpful and friendly.

I'm a mature adult and I feel very comfortable there, no eyes glaring from the younger macho crowd. It is just the right size with just the right equipment. Love the outdoor pool I refer friends here all the time, most are already members

Everything I need is there, the gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis courts...etc

It’s hard to say what I like about the environment because I’ve been going there so long it’s like home it’s clean comfortable the help is always courteous. It’s just a nice place to go.

It is not as loud as some of the other clubs. Most of the time, it is very clean and well stocked with essentials. Workers and instructors are friendly. I enjoy the classes.

The counter and cleaning staff are great. They are very friendly and helpful. They always remember my name.
