It is not a huge club but has everything I need. Nice staff members and are always willing to help if you need it , they have a couple of Racketball courts which i like.

The gym is too small for the members! What i enjoy the best is being trained by Schaun Morlan, best trainer I’ve ever had!

Lots of equipment and duplicates of important machines so that there is usually one open. Also, older members who are more serious about working out.

I love this gym. I am closer to another Cal Fit but drive to Orangevale. Everyone is friendly and gym is clean.

Nice equipment and most, if not all, works on any given day. Kudos to the maintenance team for keeping some of those high maintenance machines going. Friendly trainers and general good atmosphere.

I especially like the senio classes and the fact they seem to be scheduled right next to a strength class. It's convenient to have a two hour block of classes that I like.

I signed up for the heated outdoor pool. I also enjoyed shooting baskets in your basketball gym.

The trainers are all great.

Staff is very friendly and trying to help. I am with CalFit for over twenty years and enjoy the location being close to home and seeing familiar faces each day. I like to be familiar with the machines and weights and know where to find them and how to use them.
