I like the location of the club. We grocery shop, get gas, car washes, and dine in restaurants nearby. Very convenient to home. The staff there is very friendly, and helpful when needed. For the most part, the club is very clean, although I have seen a lot of naughty club members NOT cleaning their machines when finished.
A lot to offer for everyone
I like that the clubs are convenient locations for me. They are clean and most of the time equipment is accessible for use. The members are polite and respectful.
The staff are friendly, the classes are fun, and the amenities are great! It’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to.
Club environment is great. Most of all Todd te Zumba instructor is fabulous!

I live the environment and friendly staff at the Carmichael club.
Very friendly staff and I really enjoy working out at the club. I do wish other members would have better gym etiquette as far as bags on the ground and sitting on machines just playing on their phones.
They have many excellent Zumba instructors!
A Small cozy club
The staff is friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed. The equipment is newer, or at least designed very conveniently.

The hydro massage and the sauna...
I have been a member for years and attend at least 4-5 days a week. The Orangevale facility feels comfortable. The place is clean and functioning properly. People are friendly.
Here are two things I suggest is to keep the cleaning materials full so that we can always wipe down of the machines. In fact, install more areas with cleaning materials.
Second, regarding the massage table is to turn down the brightness of the light as this is supposed to be relaxing.
Friendly front desk. Wide range of classes throughout the day. Real sense of community was in the classes.
