Great customer service with the outstanding bike repair.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I had a crash on my bike near BikeMart and went to there to wait for my friends to come pick me up. While waiting the staff helped me find a comfortable place to rest, checked out my bike to assess any damage from the crash, and even gave me a band-aid for my scrapes. It's this kind of service that keeps me coming back.

I asked for a “second set of eyes” inspection of my tandem, DI2 update, and a few other odds and ends before a big cycling trip to Canada in August. They found an issue with the bike I had not detected and ordered the replacement parts. Bike is back to 100%. There is no better cycle shop in the state than Bike Mart.

The staff was great! They were extremely attentive, listened to what I needed done, took the time needed to make sure everything was right before and after my pickup.
