Ben was super helpful from renting bikes to ride on the trail, to offering assistance and info about bikes we were looking at, to even helping us test drive an ebike. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. 10/10 service!

Kelly, in the service department, helped me. I needed my brakes adjusted. He was very nice and had my bike ready, and safe to ride again, within a few hours. When I returned to pick my bike up, another super friendly young man rang up my charges and helped get me in my way. I’d definitely return for future service.

Erik went over the bike with me and was able to set it up perfectly for me...... He took the time to ask questions to find out what if any issues I was experiencing and gave recommendation. He was not rushed and took the appropriate amount of time. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
