As a new patient, one is often hesitant and anxious. I thought the front desk staff was pleasant, processed my paperwork efficiently both upon arrival and setting up appointments for additional procedures. I have one suggestion: have a new patient come earlier than 15 minutes prior to the appointment. Maybe I'm just slow but it took me about 35-40 minutes to complete all the information requested. I felt that I held up your schedule of appointments.
Julie was very professional and knowledgeable. She moved the conversation along by asking questions and communicating information in an easy informative manner. Her explanations were clear and concise. Her examination was quick and painless. I have always been comfortable seeing a Nurse Practitioner being a retired RN myself. Looking forward to my next meeting with her.
