This was my 3rd visit to the practice but having seen NP's prior, was able to meet Dr. Brown today as he was performing my outpatient procedure. He was friendly, professional and walked me through the procedure and then answered questions, shared insights, etc. Excellent bedside manner and while I only spent about 20 minutes overall with him, I felt very much at ease with him.

Going to the doctor, specifically Dr. Brown is almost a pleasant experience. Dr. Brown is competent, professional and easy to talk to about personal issues. He also has a pretty good sense of humor and bedside manner. The office is also first-rate as are the staff and his nurses and/or assistants.

Dr Brown and his staff were courteous and caring. It was easy to make appointments via the phone with the office staff, and to change appointments when needed. The attending nurses were pleasant and efficient. I've been going to Dr Brown for several years. He has always been familiar with my record and latest test results when he comes in the room to meet with me. He takes the time to review and discuss my condition, and recommended follow-on actions, and asks if I have any questions or concerns. I haven't felt rushed during any of the visits.

I love Dr Brown's approach and taking the time to explain what is happening. I have yo be honest, I found some of their staff at front desk not good at follow through. I had to take it upon myself to be assertive and persistent , to get my appts. This happened more than once.
