The activities are good for our body, they give strength where we need it.(our legs, arms, stomach and back.)

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I had belonged to Ortho-Indy YMCA (Covid 19) and loved the water programs, because at the time I was having difficulty walking. It helped increase my flexibility. Also, I did their Yoga programs. I loved being there until Covid closed it. So, when I found Witham had a YMCA, sign me up! Same programs that I was following at Ortho-Indy.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am new to the area and the Y so I am only familiar with the weight room and basketball court but I very much enjoy the facility. It is far better than the gym I used when we lived in Noblesville prior to moving.

Four sessions with instructor and a session with a trainer.

Cleanliness and friendliness of facilities and staff.
Just joined only using gym at this point but look forward to classes.
