While I only use the lap pool, I notice the variety of programs and activities the Y offers its members and the community. I have friends who take classes, use a personal trainer and whose children participate in the basketball program.
I do not participate in organized programs or activities. I use the exercise equipment and space in the Wellness Center along with the gym for walking. Exactly what I want. The space is clean, organized, orderly. Thanks for keeping the Y nice for the members.

What I like is that you have plenty of morning and evening classes to choose from. Nice mix of things to do.

The management team is awesome. They really take care of the members. The STEP Aerobics instructor teaches a great class, everyone gets a very good workout.

I only work out, have not really taken advantage of your programs. However my grandchildren are involved in your youth sports programs, and very well run program. I really enjoy the staff and other who come to the Y making it a very friendly environment.

Im still new but I love the community based and family oriented programs!
We just enjoy the Silver Sneaker program. It keeps us limber and works on balance and flexibility. We also work with weights and strengthening. All a round fitness.
