I love the step aerobics class and strength class. The two instructors are great, and the people in my classes are fun to do these classes with.

I have enjoyed being able to visit the gym at any time. I work very early in the morning so having the flexibility to visit the gym whenever has been great.

You have a warm pool for water aerobics! Very important to me. I drive over an hour to get to the class.
