The staff is friendly and very helpful and building is very clean.....
I joined because I have spinal disc issues. The warm water in the pool makes it possible for me to exercise (even sweat!) because nothing hurts in the water. I am so grateful everyday for this wonderful facility!

My Favorite about the Irsay Y is the atmosphere , classes and people because it’s bigger and offer a lot of things that’s fits me

Love the Les Mills workouts, how nice and clean the facility is, and most of all, how friendly the staff is! They are so cheerful, upbeat and welcoming. I really appreciate the great attitudes they have.
I like all the opportunities for me to exercise and meet my healthy goals. The staff is professional and caring when I ask about new programs or existing ones. I really like the flexibility that the Y gives me and I have been challenged to go beyond my comfort zone. Thank you Mrs. Name removed

Dave Cwi, my personal trainer, is fantastic. He understands my crazy schedule. He always makes me glad I came, even when I didn't want to. THat's huge!
I love the lap pool because it is not too warm. Pools that are also used for lessons are often too warm for lap swimming. I only wish it was also open in the afternoons!
I like the swimming pool! However, it is still too warm for lap swimming. The overwhelming majority of swimmers that use the pool are doing it for fitness/competition. The optimal temperature range for these swimmers is in the upper 70s. Keeping the pool above 82° is shown to decrease performance and therefore training effectiveness. Is there any way to lower the temperature? I also miss the Sunday hours, even if it’s just open for a few hours :(
