I like the new virtual and on-demand offerings, particularly the cycling and yoga.

I haven't really did much since pandemic - pre pandemic there were lots of classes - silver sneakers. Now I go to Ransburg & Y on Michigan who still has classes for silver sneakers

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the instructors! They keep me motivated during workouts and are half the reason I make it to the gym each time. There are several options for classes on the weekend and throughout the workweek to keep me in shape. I LOVE the recent updates, especially the gray in the group exercise room and the navy blue in the seating area outside of the group ex room. Beautiful!

My personal trainer, David Cwi, is fantastic. He is very encouraging, even when I am tired.

I love the facility, especially the pool. I really enjoy the atmosphere at the Y versus other gyms I have attended.

Downtown has a sauna and jacuzzi and the one my brothers attend as nothing like it.. they ymca is terrible

The variety of activities that you have. I would like to see the jump rope that you turn with your hands and the kangaroo jumping shoes.
