What do you like about our programs and activities?

My trainer Kate is awesome and so fun. She is extremely patient with my exercise ignorance and is flexible with my work schedule when needed.
The environment is clean, everyone is very friendly, and I enjoy walking on the track upstairs.

I only use my YMCA membership for the gym facilities, and they have almost everything I could ask for. The staff are very friendly as well! Love working out at YMCA.

I’ve already recommended to a friend and she is coming once a week with me, and I like the flexibility of arranging memberships and people to coach exercises, etc.
