I love the instructors and how they watch out for everyone in their class. A friend just told me how impressed she was with the weight room and all of the machines available for use. Sorry I had just taken them for granted. I need to get back to coming in more frequently for a variety of reasons. I am looking forward to the time my schedule settles down and I can start coming back in regularly, And I hope I can bring in friends that will enjoy the Y as I do
Variety of activities & programs
Great ACTIVE programs for seniors. Lisa does a fun L.I.F,E, class on Monday, Wed, Friday mornings at 8:15. Every day is different but filled with good exercises to keep us strong, mobile, and independent.
I also like the BOOM class at noon....however I do not regularly attend. It is very difficult to come back for a noon class and then go home, clean up, etc. I think most people in the 8:15 classes are active and have other things to do for the day and don't want to return; however I enjoyed both the Boom class and instructor.
Would it be possible to off a an active class like BOOM, L.I.F.E., or some other class on Tuesday and Thursday at 8 or 8:15?
These class offer both great exercise programs and social opportunities. Thank you for the class and keep up the good work.
I also will say that I left a note in April or May that the group exercise room was dirty with hair, dust balls, mouse droppings. The new director called me and said they would clean it and it has been much cleaner ever since the phone call. Good job to the new buildings/grounds director.

Most of the employees have a real nice attitude and are very helpful. I like the facilities, and the association with HRH is wonderful, since all our Physical Therapy, doctors, specialist are part of the program and so all the information is in one central location for any of them to access.

Nice, clean facility. I like being greeted at the front by a friendly face and must be logged in before proceeding further. Very secure environment.
