I primarily attend the Avon YMCA and occasionally the Veterans Y and I love both sites for aerobic, weightlifting and water activities.
I wish the Veteran Y had a sauna and whirlpool.

I have made so many friends over the years by going to the Avon Y. The programs in the pools keep me healthy and socially active. I know the water aerobics have contributed to my well being and balance and have saved me from countless falls. I have two knee replacements so it's so important to stay active and connected to people I love and value!!
Water aerobics, active older adult activities
I love group workouts. Mainly Zumba and Cardio Kick Boxing. I love the energy of the instructors. It helps me want to exercise.

The Hendricks Y is a wonderful facility for people to work out. I have been a member for over six years. I go to the Y six days a week and plan to continue, If you like to stay in shape please join and see the results in no time….First name removed
