I love the YMCA programs because there is a program for my entire family age range from the infant to the Sr. Citizens.
There is a good variety of programs for all ages and stages and abilities.
There are activities for all ages and levels. They are well planned. The instructors are professional and friendly. Sometimes they use tablecloths that are unnecessary. The building its well maintained by an incredible maintenance crew.

My only activity currently is the L.I.F.E class taught by Emily. There are so many reasons that she is an excellent instructor: cheerful and encouraging, gives good concise directions to the movements/exercises, is attentive to what the students are doing, reminds students how to lower the exercise intensity if needed, gives reminders about how to use core muscles when working on other parts of the body, uses great energizing playlists, starts and ends classes on time.
I also appreciate the welcoming attitude of the people who work at check-in.
I like the water yoga and water aerobics classes because they are gentle on my feet but give a well rounded exercise program.
