I arrived at Sport Clips (Queensway) around 3:30 pm. I was immediately welcomed by Stylist, Kim. There would be about a 20 minute wait, as Kim had a customer. The store is bright, clean and all the Stylists are friendly and professional! Kim is an excellent Stylist; friendly, chatting, thorough and does a great haircut and shampoo ( with all the extra 'touches'). I left the Store, very satisfied!

Loi washed my hair, styled and dried it beautifully, and even provided a hot towel to clean my face, which was a very nice touch. The service truly felt like VIP treatment from start to finish.
