And I like the total service option with wash, towel and massage.
The online check in is appreciated however I would IIke a lead time. I often feel bad adding myself to the list when I’m still 20- 30 minutes away. Don't need an appointment just don’t want to make other client to wait while I’m still on the road?

Online check-in. I like being able to check when my preferred stylist is available, and arrive accordingly. My stylist is also great!

Went for my first time to sports clips a few weeks ago. The service was great especially the MVP service. This is now my go to place! That being said my barber for the last 9 years may not be happy. LOL
