The haircut was excellent. My one complaint is that a strongly perfumed conditioner was rubbed into my hair without asking me first or giving me a chance to say I didn’t want it. The smell was strong enough to trigger mild asthma--I have a lifelong sensitivity—I had to wash my hair thoroughly to get rid of the smell as soon as I got home. Please train your hair stylists about sensitivity to perfumed products. Thank you.

The stylists have always done a good job and are friendly and polite. The TVs are a good touch being able to check the app for appointments is handy

The energy of the hair dresser on site in Vernon ( I do not remembrer her name). The booking system to know how long it will take to have the hair done is good also. the deal of map treatment for 25 $ was attractive for me and the hour of opening 8h00 am is very convenient.
