What do you like about our programs and activities?

I mainly use the free weights and weight equipment. Find the facility user friendly. I like the hours of operation especially on Sunday.

I just use the weights. It gets crowded in the mornings, especially in season, but with a good selection of machines and free weights, I can always get a good workout.

Wide variety of free weights and equipment for workouts. Classes but wish there were more times available for yoga.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The variety of classes. I would like to see more classes around 9am geared to senior citizens. The active older adult classic with Efie is great but we need more of this type of class for seniors.
