PEOPLE: Staff, Instructors and Members.
Variety of offerings for folks my age. Yoga and Older Adult Aerobics.

Pickleball is very popular. The weight machines are popular too.

YMCA offers a wide variety of classes and activities. My yoga instructor is friendly and encouraging. The classes are a lot of fun.

There are many choices, something for everyone. I very much like the venue and the people at the desk. I also enjoy being able to register for a class from my phone.

Many programs cater to the predominant demographic living here, those 70 and over. Those classes provide a community which fosters mental connections as well as the strength training.

I like all the instructors. I wish they offered more spin classes off season. There are several of us that attend the classes yea round. Also we need new Spin bikes
