Zumba classes are great! The staff are all amazing and eager to help with membership sign ups, explanation of how to use machines, the app and more.

I pick my gym / workout time early afternoon so very few people and machines are open , I am an advid PB player so I wish our 4th court would get repaired and the courts resurfaced . The “group” is willing to get quotes and possibly fund the project .. at least the repaired 4th court portion of it .
Staff is extremely friendly and open .
Exercise classes are great! Instructors and other employees are top much. Machines are in great working order.

Fabulous instructors.
Personal trainers are great! We don’t attend the early morning or evening classes. Mid-day classes would be great options.
Plenty of choices
Staff and members are always so welcoming to new members. This club has such a happy vibe! Please keep celebrating your instructors…they are why I prefer the Y over any other club in PG!
The variety.
I love the Spin Bike classes my Y in Punta Gorda offers! They are always full & the instructors -Wendy, Mike & Heather—are top notch. It is a pleasure to see so many active older adults at this YMCA branch. I feel welcome & people are so friendly.

Love group exercise classes, the friendly staff and great facility
There is a program for everyone at my Y. Yoga,boot camp,spinning,weights tennis,pickle ball,and of course machines to make my body look like it should (but doesn’t). They also have the best instructors to help you get aforementioned body. The front desk people are the best at helping and answering questions.
I’ve belonged to 4 different gyms in my 12 years here in Florida and this is hands down the best and most comfortable gym I’ve belonged to.
Varied and plentiful.when snowbirds arrive I am fearful I can’t get into classes.
