I really like the instructors. I do wish that there were more strength and HIIT classes. I do like how easy it is to sign up for classes. But I do find it very stressful getting into the classes.

I like that you have classes geared for older active adults.Zumba Gold and the older adult fitness classes that concentrate on strength and balance.
Really the only thing I use is the workout area
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment and facility are both clean and functional. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about my YMCA in Punta Gorda.

Two great classes and instructors for those of us with Parkinson’s disease.
I used to volunteer for the YMCA Reed‘s program. I no longer wish to continue with that program and would like for the Daily emails reminding me that I need to update my credentials for that program to cease. I did not see a way to stop those emails as the Unsubscribe button seems to be worthless.

Great gym and not crowded when we go (usually go in afternoon). Classes are well attended and provide a needed service for our area.

Love the Pilates classes. Wish they held them more often.
The employees are very friendly and helpful. Very nice to do the workouts in the groups. I just wish that if you signed up for a class and don’t show up you should have a penalty after 3 no show. Others are waiting for that class you do have the option to cancel.
Great facilities and tennis courts, and the people who work there are very congenial.
Dynamic dance is the only program so far that I plan to use. It meets my needs and I wish there were more than one of these classes per week.
