It was easy to schedule online for same day service. Front desk employees are always nice. Offered me bottled water.
I ended up not waiting for my car inspection and oil change because I was told it would take longer than one hour. I had my own ride home.
I was picked up by shuttle service around 5:00 to retrieve my car. I was surprised because I dropped the car off at 1:00. There was no extra service done on the car.
