Clean service center, kind staff, thorough automobile service and extremely reasonable

Everything is easy. Make an appt online, drop off is simple and quick, they offer a shuttle to and from, customer service is super, text messages keep you informed, pictures of your vehicle are provided via text and all paperwork can be downloaded (but they will also give you a hard copy). It’s just easy and convenient and that’s what I need with how busy my schedule is. S

I received great service. I was presented with photos of items that needed replaced and that may need replaced soon. I received a reasonable estimate for repairs. Service was performed within a reasonable amount of time for the situations at hand. I did feel the whole team was sympathetic to my needs and did their best to return my vehicle in a timely fashion. I recommend Christian Brothers.

The owner - Jason Craig and employees - were friendly, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. The service area, parking lot and surrounding environment was clean. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone who needs auto maintenance services.

Christian Brothers did a thorough inspection of our 2017 Honda Pilot and provided recommendations for what required immediate attention and those that could be addressed at a later time. This gave me the opportunity to fix the things that I could do and leave the heavy, technical work for certified mechanics.

Their communication was timely as they use multiple methods to keep the customer informed every step of the way.

I opted to have them complete a transmission flush and brake fluid exchange and the price was very competitive. The shop is clean, the staff very professional and the location is easily accessible. I will definitely consider using them in the future for my car repair needs.

Everything was outlined and was printed out for reference.

I walked up with a few issues (not just one) and they were addressing them within a few hours the same day. Bailed us out of a jam.
