I took my car into the shop for front rotors and pads that I was told I needed but turned out to be the rear pads and rotors. Michelle is always very helpful and very knowledgeable with what needs to be done on the vehicle. Upon taking it into the shop they noticed my condenser was bent and was worried that I would need a new one for inspection a couple months from now, however Michelle explained that unless is was a safety issue or it was leaking, I didn’t have anything to worry about. Most shops would’ve tried to upsell the parts and fix it the same day or set up another appointment to have it done but not Christian brothers. Unless it’s an immediate safety issue, they don’t try to upsell or take advantage of the customers. Another thing I really enjoy about taking my car there is the system they have where they send an inspection report and you can see what is urgent, recommended fix but not as urgent, and what is good. Having that sent helps give a better understanding of the parts of the vehicle and what needs to be done. I 10/10 recommend anybody take their vehicle there for the aforementioned reasons.
