Local support that I can speak with via a simple phone call. I don't have to navigate a series of prompts and automations just to be routed to someone who is unwilling or incapable of actually providing support. Ever before I became a customer, the sales rep. was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Install took a little bit longer than I expected but the team was very accomidating to my unique request and never made any excuses. I have had extremely unpleasant experiences with residential propanse suppliers in the past so I am very greatful for the communication, support, and service that has been provided so far.
Was able to do online and very smooth process
Just make sure customer profiles are updated with delivery information and options. I am a customer that has a gated property and off-paved road delivery, so it is easier for me and the driver to communicate prior to the delivery to make sure the gate is open and that there are no toporaphical issues for the delivery, such as rain and soggy ground. I do appreciate your service. Thanks.
