Ease of ordering refill.
We get notified by email of tank rental, can pay online. Although we use fireplace as supplement heat when very cold,or if power out, not like some friends that use it for more heat source, they come out for refill automatically, based on our yearly consumption, we assume.. The drivers are courteous going in and out of fence to backyard. Although pricing has gone up last couple years, it is in line with others and convenient for refills.
Good service, but the driver didn't leave me any paperwork. So if you can mail me a bill.
Virginia Propane is a good company to buy propane from. They keep a good close watch and have always brought my propane before I run too low. Ive been very happy for the years they have taken good care of me.

I completely ran out of propane even though I was on automatic refill, but you were quick to get fuel to me and we also found that there was a slight leak. A technician was sent and worked for several hours and found out one of the regulators was leaking. He replaced the regulator and we're back to normal.
I will keep a closer eye on the tank levels in the future.

Scott the technician that came out on a Sunday was so knowledgeable and efficient! I was impressed how hard he worked to get my heat going.
I was out of heat for 14 days and Scott went the extra mile to make sure he found the problem and fixed it before leaving.

You guys are wonderful to work with! Office staff is quick to respond and kind!! Your delivery Driver Jordan is simply awesome!! I have a brand new white vinyl fence and I was worried about the fill hose dragging around the edge and damaging it. I mentioned it one time to Jordan and he never forgot. He treats my property as if it was his own.

The customer service is excellent. When I called and inquired about my upcoming delivery. The representative was very polite and helpful. She explained that after placing my order it would take approximately fourteen days for the delivery of propane. She also helped relax me when I was concerned about not having enough propane during the Thanksgiving week for cooking.
