BAC is like home for me. I love the classes I go to -- TRX with Heather, Soul P.H.I.I.T, Barre and RPM with Sarah, RPM with Jason and Nicole. I love Andy and team at Soul Physical Therapy. They have been awesome with my various injuries. They are patient and know what they are doing. I enjoyed using personal training to get a base on what I should be doing outside of classes. After all that work, there is nothing better than seeing Anne at Solei Spa - she gives the best deep tissue massage. I love the staff and I appreciate all the work that's been done to perk up the place. Thank you!

Love the YAC, pool and adult classes. Wish there was more child offerings that were possible with a working parents schedule.
