Everyone from the staff at SoulTherapy, to the staff at BAC, have all been wonderful. Feels great to belong to such a group, who are all dedicated to fitness and lifetime sports activities.
I particularly like the model that BAC created with Soul Therapy housed directly within the fitness complex. Specifically, it’s fantastic that all the Physical Therapists are in direct communication with the Personal Trainers, for those needing both services. It’s a model that I plan to share with the Medical Staff I’ve been working with, for my specific Orthopedic Rehab. It’s one thing to go to Physical Therapy for rehabilitation, but it brings it to another level entirely to be able to work with a Personal Trainer, who also works with the Physical Therapy staff. If more people in Physical Therapy Programs, also had ready access to collaborating Personal Trainers, I think more people would remain active, with their lifelong fitness goals.

The pool, but it needs to be cleaned more often to get the dead bugs out of it. Not happy that BAC was sold to Y.

The separate ladies workout room, providing security and comfort for women who are not comfortable with large coed gyms also the saltwater pool which helps provide physical therapy for those in need including myself
My husband and I have been coming to XPress for years. It fits our needs as we are in our Late 70a and my husband is blind. We like that we get to use the machines we want and get a good healthy work out. We don’t need pools or juice bars etc. I am truly disappointed that we were not notified of the takeover by the Y and don’t have any clue as to what is happening
The pool is quiet. It is for adults, except when there are designated swim lessons or family swim.
Temperature and salt water pool. The pool could be cleaner, lots of dead bugs in water!
It was an extreme pleasure to have been members of the former Beverly Athletic Club, having a vast array of equipment and personal coaching to improve one's health and wellness through a consistent routine. In addition, the interior/outdoor pool was also very satisfactory in providing
a complete resource in improving our individual conditions!
