Lots of classes with experienced trainers. Tommy McDonald is my favorite trainer, as his Aqua class and strength training adaptations support my individual health needs. My husband enjoys the spin and TRX classes as well.

Everything! Great Wellness facility! Outstanding PT services in the building along with a beautiful salt water pool and a cold plunge in the pool area. Sauna and steam room within the locker room.
The majority of the members are very kind and engaging and the instructors put a lot of effort into each class.

Jill and membership is extremely helpful to both me and my granddaughter Peyton one of the front desk workers helped me with all the equipment today after I explained that I had problems with balance she put together a program for me. That’s very doable. I’m very happy with everybody there and I can’t thank Jill enough.
I like the variety and availability of classes, which fit my schedule. I appreciate the BAC having other amenities available, for the instance the cold plunge.

The team at BAC is always happy to answer questions and offer solutions as the need arises. Everyone I encounter is pleasant, friendly, and knowlegable.

Everything! Love the pool! All the STAFF are friendly, incredible teacher and helpful. Like the separate women's gym. :Locker room and sauna are clean and well used. Keep it up!!!
