Staff, and particularly Dr. Krenzer, are always upbeat, professional and helpful in answering all questions and following through on any requests. Appointments are made easily with seldom a long way out from date made. Waiting time in the lobby is minimal and covid protocols are strictly adhered. A personal call is made from the office to discuss lab results. I am completely satisfied.

Best office I have been in, for comfort, quick to be seen, and enjoyed the members of the staff.
They are down to business, polite, and very helpful.
Dr. Krenzer is very knowledgeable and gets to the point of remedy and with sound advice for my health.
He will explain and make very clear that you understand.

We like our doctor (LaCroix). The office staff is friendly and helpful.

The one area to improve is the wait time. It is lengthy compared to other medical offices.

sometimes needed he has a network oft he best Dr. to send you to
His diagnostic abilities are always excellent as well as his long and short term treatment qualities

Ofiice help is always helpful and demonstrate many of the qualities of their boss

I take pleasure in recommending this office to everyone I come in contact with. Everyone is very professional and the staff along with the providers are caring. Dr.Krenzer is my PCP and he not only listens to me but hears what you say...then addresses all my concerns. The entire staff is wonderful and I pray they will be there for a long time to come.🥰
