Reasonable wait time and it's always clean. Receptionist are courtesy and Dr. Lacroix listens to my concerns and prescribe accordingly.

Being able to do a virtual meeting was a great help to me. It was efficient and I didn't half to get around other people that may be sick. The PA that hosted it I thought did an outstanding job.
